I hear of new solar power technologies almost every week. To be honest, most are just tweaking of existing tech to get another paltry few percent of efficiency. None really come close to the holy grail of power generation–simple, portable, cheap, emissions-free energy.

But this, well–it could be the one. And if it works, it could change the world.

Best of all, it could leave mega-corporations getting rich off oil and power generation in the lurch.
